How to choose your size
Measure the circumference around the centre of your knee using a soft measuring tape, then compare your measurement with the size chart shown in the product images.
Keep the measuring tape fitted comfortably without pulling it too tightly.
The knee pad should feel secure but should not cause pinching, numbness or restricted circulation.
When between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit or the smaller size for firmer compression.
These knee pads provide general cushioning and activity protection. They are not medical devices and cannot prevent every injury.
How to wear them
- Make sure the padded section is facing forward.
- Slide the knee pad carefully over your foot.
- Pull it upward until the cushioned section sits directly over your kneecap.
- Smooth the material around your leg so it sits flat and comfortably.
- Bend and straighten your knee a few times to check the fit.
The knee pad should feel secure without rolling, slipping or restricting movement.
Stop using it if you experience pain, numbness, tingling or excessive tightness.
Care & washing
To help maintain the shape, stretch and cushioning of your knee pads:
• Hand wash or use a gentle cold-water cycle
• Use mild detergent
• Wash with similar colours
• Do not use bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not iron the padded area
• Allow to air dry naturally
• Make sure they are fully dry before storing
For extra protection during machine washing, place them inside a laundry bag.
Regular washing is recommended after intense exercise or extended use.
